Farm Manager and Operations

May Lee is a Ramsey County Master Gardener and has over 10 plus years of Oragnic Farming and has been farming independently. When she was raised in Laos she also kept some of her authentic saved seeds for Hmong Herbs and is preserving culture through seed saving.

Mhonpaj Lee is a realtor and consultant and she is passionate about land access, educating other Farmers on becoming successful in Organic Farming. She is an entrepreneur and strives to explore season extension and a best model for Farmers who are socially disadvantage and farmers of color.

 We have teamed with an amazing artist to also convert our Vegetables into amazing bouquets for weddings, graduation, baby shower and baby events. Using vegetables as seconds. As you can see above that is a squash with leek and a kale flower as the centerpiece.
